It's surprisingly simple. We require a CSV file containing the required fields; first name & phone number. These fields are mandatory to ensure every message is sufficiently unique.

Further data is encouraged, custom fields that are relevant to their experience on your website allow us to engage with a higher success rate. For example, if they abandoned a cart, include the name of the product.
